Minhal with his bronze of Possum Bourne
Minhal Al Halabi was born in 1971 in the mountains of the Golan Heights, and has been painting and sculpting since childhood, in different parts of the world. He now lives and works in New Zealand, producing artworks across various mediums.
He attended the Institute of Fine Arts in Kiev, Ukraine before moving to South Africa, where he dedicated his time mostly to painting murals.
